Granola

ranola is something I eat every morning for breakfast, and it's so easy to make that I quickly became tired of buying it. Besides, this way you get to decide what ingredients you like. Go for it.

Here's the list of ingredients for this batch:

Begin by pre-heating your oven to 250F. Low temperature for this. While that is warming up, whisk your wet ingredients together to combine uniformly. In a big bowl, mix all of your dry ingredients together and toss them well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, and toss to coat evenly.

When the oven is ready, spread the mixture out in a thin layer on a sheet pan. Put it in the oven for an hour, checking on it every ten or fifteen minutes to make sure that it isn't burning. When you smell toasted oats and cinnamon and the oats start to clump together, it's done. Let it cool and store in a big container.
